Packaging R&D Engineer - Intel
Wilfred Russell received his Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of California, Irvine (UCI) in 2022, where he studied the electronic properties of solid-liquid interfaces in synthetic porous poly (ethylene terephthalate) membranes. After graduating from UCI, Wilfred joined Intel’s Materials Technology Development Group in Assembly Test Technology Development. His current project scope and responsibilities include the research, development, and qualification of next generation material sets supporting the Pathfinding, Ball Attach, Sort/Test Technology Development, and Media Inspection Handling & Laser Groups.
