Philadelphia International AirportNewark Liberty International Airport, and John F. Kennedy International Airport are all within a two-hour radius of Lehigh's campus. You can also use the local airport, Lehigh Valley International Airport, to catch connecting flights to larger hubs.

Farrington Square is an air-conditioned, apartment-style residence hall. Each apartment contains either three or four single bedrooms. You will share a living room, kitchen (no cooking utensils or dishes supplied- microwave and refrigerator are supplied), and bathroom with two or three other people. All linens and soap will be provided. Alarm clocks and lamps are not provided. If you would like to share an apartment with someone you know who is attending the course, please e-mail Carolyn Law with your request. Lodging is available before and after the courses end. Please note that there is a $30 administrative fee for any changes to your registration.


Parking

Registered participants receive an email regarding parking permits on campus before the start of the school.

Meals Plan - Price $380
To realize the full benefit of the course, it is desirable that participants have ample opportunity for an informal exchange of experience and opinions with each other and with the lecturers and instrument suppliers. Therefore, arrangements have been made to have all meals together. Breakfast will be served at 7:15 am, lunch will be served at noon, and dinner will be served at 5:00 pm. Snacks will be provided throughout the day.  (please keep in mind the school is being held in the summer while the majority of the campus dining services are closed for the summer)

On Wednesday evening, a banquet starts at 5:30 pm with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, and a sit down dinner. 

A handout describing the menu and locations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be given to you in your registration packet when you check in for course registration after you arrive at Lehigh.

If you have dietary restrictions, please notify Carolyn Law within three weeks of your arrival.

There is a $30 administrative fee for any changes to your registration after submission (addition or cancellation of meals or lodging).  Cancellations for meals cannot be made after May 20.
