Horiba Fluorolog 3 Fluorimeter

The Fluorolog 3 is a workhorse fluorimeter capable of standard fluorescence and photoluminescence experiments.

• Excitation and emission wavelengths span from approximately 200 nm – 1150
  nm
• Supported sample configurations can be solutions in a cuvette or films on a
  transparent substrate
• Commonly used to measure fluorescence spectrum of materials or perform
  advanced techniques such as Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer (FRET)
   

The instrument is also capable of performing time-resolved fluorescence lifetime spectroscopy with the Time Correlated Single Photon Counting (TCSPC) module at a
wavelength of 488 nm. This allows one to effectively investigate optoelectronic properties of materials.
