XPS of Metal Oxides: Backgrounds, Spectra
and Curve Fitting
Upcoming workshops:
June 9, 2022
9:00 - 11:00 am EST
Videos for Workshop:
Transition metal oxide XPS envelopes are very complex as they involve numerous electron transitions, electrostatic interactions, spin orbit coupling, multiple splitting and crystal field interactions, among others. The workshop will focus on the common methods of interpreting these complex transition metal oxide spectra aided by CasaXPS.
Moderated by Dr. Jonas Baltrusaitis, Associate Professor, Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering, Lehigh University.
Presented by Neal Fairley, owner and creator, CasaXPS Software Ltd.
Workshop is based on research article "Systematic and collaborative approach to problem solving using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy".
This workshop is hosted by I-FMD.
