Lehigh University's Institute for Functional Materials and Devices (I-FMD) invites you to participate in our Symposium on Advanced Manufacturing to be held on its campus on Tuesday December 6, 2022, starting at 9 am EST. This event seeks to bring industry leaders from across the manufacturing landscape to speak about new directions, opportunities, and challenges in the manufacturing arena, and to build fruitful collaborations with faculty experts.

The symposium will be divided into three sessions. The first session will comprise keynote talks by industry experts, providing their perspectives in a 25 minute presentation (+5 minute Q&A) each about how advances in manufacturing are being implemented within their industry, as well as new directions to encourage academic research. In the second session, Lehigh faculty experts working in manufacturing or related fields will present 5 minute lightning rounds of their own research expertise and interests. Finally, we will have a networking session where industry attendees can directly interact with faculty and graduate students to discuss potential collaborations and hear more about the facilities and expertise available at Lehigh. There will also be an opportunity for industry participants to tour Lehigh's key research facilities.

This symposium is free to participate and open to individuals both from industry and academia, but registration is required. Please join us for this exciting event by registering at the link below.

All participants: please register at no charge by November 28, 2022
